Owner
MIKE KYDYK
Mike has eleven years experience in the construction business as well as an education in Architectural Technology from Sheridan College. To help finance his education, Mike worked at Home Hardware; learning about the different products available to homeowners while networking with various suppliers and contractors.
While later working as an independent contractor for two years for Heritage Trim in Milton, he finessed his specialty in exterior carpentry including columns, trims and frieze boards for exterior sub-divisions.
Later on, Mike worked for Zanatta Contracting & Mechanical Services Ltd. where his skills were extended to more demanding projects involving complete builds as well as renovations for both residential and commercial consumers. Through his education and attention to detail, Mike is able to make on the spot adjustments and changes to architectural drawings to accommodate budgets and work within a reasonable timeframe to satisfy his customer’s needs.
He returned to his passion for exterior carpentry where his focus shifted to custom homes in the local Oakville area in January, 2012. In October 2012, Mike decided to establish and incorporate his company, Lakeshore Fine Carpentry. Both Mike and homeowners alike share the high quality expectation of his products and services, making the finished product a shared vision.
